How long will it take to make my surfboard?

It depends on each manufacturer, table model, material, design, varnishing and the shape you have selected.

Most of the tables are manufactured in an average of four weeks, some instead take much less, as is the case with standard tables.

Boards manufactured with Epoxy or carbon technology will take 5-6 weeks.

You will receive news about the state of your table and the changes that are made.

¿What type of payments we accept?

Goodnoob.com is proud to accept payment through Visa and MasterCard.
We do not accept cash, checks or cash on delivery.

¿Can I make changes to an existing order?

Yes. You can make changes to your order as long as the manufacturing has not started.

Please contact us through the Live Chat or by email (contact@goodnoob.com) as soon as possible with the modifications you wish to carry out.

Take note: Not all the changes we request will be guaranteed if the manufacturing process is in a very advanced state

Making sure that your order is correct on the checkout page is the best way to not take any disappointment afterwards.

We advise you to read carefully everything you have requested to be able to press the “Buy Now” button in a satisfactory manner.

What happens if something I have ordered is not available?

The Goodnoob.com storage system eliminates products that are not available from the online storefront, but in some cases it can vary in a matter of seconds and be unavailable during the purchase process. If a product of your order is not available, we will send you the ones that are and we will transmit the explanation through email. If the unavailable order has been charged, we will reward you immediately. Our customer service will do anything to satisfy your request to the greatest extent possible. We guarantee the protection of your personal data.

We store your data on secure servers. SSL security is used to check your payment information securely. Your card information will not be stored in our system. We will not share your information with third parties.

The Goodnoob.com inventory system removes out of stock items from the online store, but occasionally an item sells out within seconds of your order confirmation. If an item on your order is sold out, we will still ship the products and you will be contacted with an explanation. If your order has been charged you will be provided with a full refund immediately. Our customer service team will do everything they can to satisfy your order, but popular items can sell out quickly. We guarantee that your personal information is protected. We store your info on a secured server. Moreover, SSL is used for checkout process to keep your billing info safe. No credit card info is saved on our system. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have not received the confirmation email in a few minutes, it must be that you have not entered your email account correctly. Another possible reason is that the mailbox is configured to send commercial emails to the SPAM or Unwanted tray. All confirmation emails are sent from contact@goodnoob.com or through the Chat in the lower left corner of your screen. Please, indicate your full name and the name of the receipt that you have been given when your confirmation fails on the confirmation page. (Ex: # 5073f6f76468e
